When do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We move fast so you get your RESTUBE products in your hands quickly.

We ship primarily with DHL and offer the following delivery times:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Austria: 2–3 business days
  • United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries (such as Switzerland or Norway) may occasionally experience minor delays due to customs processing. If you order through our international partner shops in the USA, Australia, or Japan, local delivery times apply. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link so you can check the status at any time.
