Who covers return shipping costs?

We believe in fairness and keeping things simple. Once you fill out the return form, we’ll provide a convenient return label so you can easily drop off the package. We charge a small flat fee for this service (e.g., €3.99 within Germany), which is transparently deducted from your refund. Of course, if the return is due to a defect, we cover the entire cost.
