Why does my dog need a life jacket?

Even though many dogs are good swimmers, there are situations where a flotation device can be lifesaving:

• Dogs that are just learning to swim
• Water sports such as SUP or kayaking
• Strong currents or waves
• Older or sick dogs
• Long distances to shore
