What are the shipping costs?

• United Kingdom: Shipping costs €8.50 (free for orders over €150).
• Switzerland: Shipping costs €12.99 (free for orders over €150).
• Bosnia-Herzegovina & Norway: Shipping costs €14.99 (free for orders over €150).
