How do refunds work?

Trust is key for us. If you need to return something, fill out the form. We handle every request personally to ensure a smooth process. Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the amount to your original payment method. If you used our label, the shipping fee is simply deducted from the refund. We’re here to help!
